    Well since this is the first week I've jumped on the PB fully with foods and fitness, I figured it'd be good to start an accountability journal...

    A little about me, Im a mother of two teenage boys (picky eaters) and work at a desk job 75% of the time (dream job though) and I love to sing!

    My PB journey started about 10 months ago while digging into paleo lifestyle and my Bestie recommended MDA... I've tried different aspects of low carb eating including falling for the gluten free kick where I was buying junk just because of the gluten free label. It didn't work for me so here I am... Read through PB and PBF and I'm ready to give it 100%!

    I'm on day 3 and I feel better (head seems clearer). I've been struggling with memory problems for the last few years and I seem to be less foggy brained when I eliminate wheat and sugar.

    I know I can stick to this with heart fully in it so I will be following these forums actively. Oh and I love your recipe ideas! I made banana/egg pancakes tonight fries in coconut oil. Next thing I know and I'm using the coconut oil as a makeup remover (works great) and as a treatment in my hair... Talk about good inspiration! Haha

    I'm new... again :P heh
    We did PB a couple of years ago and have been doing it off and on since then.
    Back to it now though and feeling really motivated!

    Day 4 and I'm finally starting to feel better. I have been sleeping better too but still do not feel like getting out of bed in the mornings. I am definitely sore from my LHT day yesterday. On top of that I went bike riding with my kids and we didn't realize the wind would be against us. So today I'm a little sore and tired. Hopefully this energy will hit me soon!

    During my lunch break I hit the gym and did my move slowly on the treadmill and even though my level was way under what I'm used to, I still managed to break a light sweat. I'm hoping that means my body is burning fat... or cottage cheese. whatever.
