Started the plan seriously about a week ago and doing really well. I knew lo carb was for me but always struggled without the fruit. This makes so much more sense and I feel great doing it. I own a wedding event center and have my first reception this Saturday. It will be a challange not to nibble on the MANY carbs that will be available that night in the form of gluten and sugar, but I am in this for the long haul. Normally, the urge to eat in that way hits when its all over and I am tired. Any suggestions for avoiding that cycle? Also, has anyone ever tried the meal replacement shake/mix for weight loss? Have a bunch to lose but feeling very positive about the switch to primal eating.
