Starts tomorrow - Hit Trader Joes tonight and loaded up on good/clean foods for the week.

Focus on getting up early, reduced proccessed foods, less technology in the evening, and lots of moving slowly.

Biggest challenges will be fixing my sleep schedule, exercising, and eating well on business trips. I've got 10 days out in 4 cities in September. Lots of airports to dodge and business dinners to be wary of.
