What exactly is it that you do that is awesome and useful?
I forgot to add, everything I do is awesome and useful. By that I mean, I do everything to maximum intensity. I love being the fastest, most accurate, and most cheerful at whatever I'm doing. Most mornings I poke more people than anybody else. And, when I worked in the paint shop, it was always a race to see who could get the most done in a shift. I won sometimes. I have more awesomeness now. Other people seem slow or weak or lazy or something. I can't figure it out. It's like they don't have a fire inside.

That may depend on your DNA. Some studies have shown that people who are "fast metabolizers" of caffeine have greatly reduced risk of heart attack if they have coffee every day. People who are 'slow metabolizers" have a greatly increased risk if they have even one cup of coffee a day!

I have always known I had a problem with caffeine. My DNA testing shows I'm the slow metabolizer, so it just helps me stay off the coffee.

Do I need a DNA test or can I just check my blood for caffeine?

At least I'm not alone XD I was thinking it was unhealthy to kids, at least, but that could just be CW brainwashing.

During college and beyond, lived on coffee, cigarettes & alcohol.

Psoriasis & pale as fuck = lots of sunbathing without sunscreen. According to 23andme, high risk for skin cancer. Yuhu

Stressed & depressed most of the time.

HOWEVER, we're all going to die from WW3, an asteroid, global warming, a virus, or a combination of the above.

True story related to me by my father: My great-grandmother was diagnosed with pervasive systemic cancer, and given 6 months to live. The doctor told her to get her affairs in order, and she replied, "Like hell, I will!".

She lived 6 more years, and actually outlived her husband by 2. Dad said it was because she was the meanest woman you ever met, hands-down.

Hmmmm....I got my results via DNA. I don't think you can do it looking at caffeine, but there may be some surrogate for testing. I'll have to look in to it

Based on my family members' longevity, I can reasonably expect to live to 95. But, I suspect I will stroke out at the age of 90 when my great-granddaughter walks in with a tattoo on her neck.
As God is my witness, I'll never be hungry again.

Not sure about the whole slow metabolizers getting heart attacks, but you can use 23andme to check for that. Unsurprisingly, I'm a fast metabolizer of caffeine.
