    Where do you hide those 20 lbs????? I can't see them in the picture…

    ...at 5'9"...5 lbs is like a big meal. I am guessing I am at 21+% bf right now and I need to be below 18% for sure (maybe 15%?) for the competition. I don't actually care about how many lbs lost...but I do need to be much leaner.

    Not quite as jacked as others on here, but feeling great.
    Been eating primal and haven't lifted weights in 9 months (except kettlebells for power a couple times)IMG_1023.jpg
