I am working towards a bikini competition (BC) in November. I need to lose about 20-25 more lbs of body fat lol (I am 5'9" so that's not that much).
Before that I was eating high carb, moderate protein, very low fat to build muscle without putting on too much fat. I was following peat loosely.
After BC I will go back to peat. It's so easy to maintain on peat. I just needed up protein to make sure I don't lose muscle while leaning out.
