    Here's me on a calorie counting diet.. Skinny fat, weak and way under muscled


    Me after about a year of paleo and chronic cardio. Sorry bad pic but best i could find


    Here's me today after being paleo/primal for 1 1/2 years and doing body weight exercises (convict conditioning for the last 2 months)


    The skinny arm was left mostly paralyzed from a stroke when i was a kid. It does help in doing bodyweight exercises but no muscle growth :'(

    me and the kids are in the process of swopping bedrooms so i just realised the background is chaos which i wasnt thinking about! arms and legs from the back

    Gracias! Lots of pull-ups, dips, and push-ups... working on muscle-ups (getting really close I think) and handstand pushups (can do a few against a wall)... One legged squats and calf raises... hanging leg raises... few other things. Add in some balance work and lots of bike riding... would like to do more sprinting but my legs are always tired from bike riding (how I get around).
    I never know what to put in these things. I write songs!
