    chicken as pizza base

Everyone might already know this, but yesterday I blended up a couple of chicken breasts with 2 eggs, spread the resulting mix out on a tray and baked for 20 mins, then put tomato puree, chorizo and mozzarella on top and baked for another 5-10 mins.
Omg, absolutely yummy, tasted just like a real pizza, but loads more satisfying (that'll be the protein then!).

You have boldly gone. Well done.
The remainder is an unjustifiable, egotistical power struggle

    Right now, right now!

I have never made it with chicken, but I made meatza with all kind of ground meats and mixtures. Family loves it!
