I've been looking into this and it looks like Orange Triad is a great choice based on what I've read. I just ordered some so we will see.

I have a bottle of magnesium spray but never remember to apply it. I take D, and glucosamine-chondroitin.

(Pre-Primal I had a lot of joint pain; post-Primal it all went away except in one hip. I think the glucosamine-chondroitin helps, but wouldn't swear to it. It's cheap, anyway.)

For magnesium, I like Natural Calm. It's a powder that you dissolve in water (or tea, or what-have-you). I take two well-rounded tsps. throughout the day. Love it. Vitacost has the best price on it (costs twice as much at Whole Foods and other brick-and-mortar health food establishments.)
Other than that, I take TwinLabs biotin (600 mcg) and powdered vitamin C (anywhere from 2,000 mg - 4,000 mg daily).
