Figured I might as well start documenting my eating plans as it will help me stay on the program. I'm VLC at the moment.
GW- goal is being happy with my appearance
Upon waking- Coffee with 2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter and 2 tablespoons of MCT oil.
Meal 1- 6 x-large whole pastured eggs cooked in bacon grease and 4 slices of thick cut bacon
Meal 2- 1 oz macadamia nuts, 1 oz almonds and 1 oz of walnuts
Meal 3- 4 oz 85% lean grass-fed ground beef and 3.5 oz of black olives
Totals: 185g fat - 97g protein - 9g carbs
Supplements: Wild Alaskan salmon fish oil, Vitamin Code multi-vitamin, Vitamin D3.

Hi, you are eating really good! I admire VLC, and always have great energy when doing it. I sustain a medium carb though, not even really low, but its been working out. Best wishes too you, and hope you keep sharing your daily meals!!
Thanks. My energy levels haven't been that bad since starting VLC. I do get cravings for carbs, but I'll just chug a tall glass of ice water before they get any worse. My net carb intake is usually a little higher than this, but I try to stay under 30g net carbs. I've recently added the grass-fed beef to my menu, but will eat it sparingly due to the cost. Pastured eggs and chicken will be the bulk of my meat intake.

Upon waking- Coffee with 6 tablespoons of heavy cream
Meal 1- 3 extra large eggs and 2 slices of thick cut bacon
Meal 2- 4 oz pork tenderloin, 1 cup of broccoli, 2 tablespoons Kerrygold butter
Meal 3- 2 oz of almonds and 1.5 oz of macadamia nuts
Meal 4- 2 oz of Kerrygold Dubliner and 3 oz of green olives
Totals: 180g fat - 11.6g carbs - 98g protein
Hello, we are similar in starting size as I was 6'1" 230.6. Our diets vary in carb intake. I have been between 100-150 with no problem and virtually no carb cravings. 6lb loss first week(in week 2 now). It appears you dont eat alot of veggies.
Whats your fat %? Goal weight?

My carbs are so low because I am VLC. I try to keep them as low as possible although I am allowed up to 40g per day. I try to keep my protein around 0.8g per kilogram. The bulk of my calories come from fats via eggs, fatty cuts of meat, nuts, butter, EVCO, and oils. I also IF. I really don't have a weight goal. I try not to step on a scale. I just want to happy with my appearance. But if I had to give a number, I'd say 92kg (205lbs). I started at 112kg (249lbs).
