    Primal Fuel
I dont understand it!! NO sugar passes my lips and my calorie count is around 2000 max per day.
    Im 51, female, 5ft 4" and weight 146lbs.

My percentages are 65% fat (coconut and animal fats only) 25% protein and 10% carbs.

Im reasonably active most days but can I get my weight down? No I cant!!! Not even a pound!! Week after week my weight stays the same and my mesurements stay the same!

    Whats happening here????
I'm not a complete idiot! There's parts missing!!

I don't believe there is one correct way of eating for everybody, and I don't believe there is one correct way of eating for a person through every stage of their life

    How long has it been?
Can you give us a run-down of what you eat and do on an average day?

Its been months! And I couldnt be any stricter with my diet.
Yesterday was a typical days food for me:

Breakfast: Bulletproof coffee with 20g grass-fed butter and 15ml MCT oil.
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 avocado with half tin of sardines.
Dinner: Sausagmeat stuffed marrow (about 1/4 of med sized one) topped with melted grated cheddar cheese, with spinach and broccoli.
Evening nibbles: 8 pecan nuts and an apple.

About 4 coffees on and off during the day (with a touch of cream.)

    Think thats about it!!

2000C may be too much then. Try cutting back on the fats, seeing as you are aiming to burn body fat, and/or why not try some weights work. Worked for me and I have grown to enjoy it a lot.

Oh, just read your food. It looks like you have hit on a recipe for maintenance. Since you want to lose, something will have to change. My first impression is that fat is high - butter plus oil for breakfast but no protein, for example. Evening has both the cheese and the pecans. These are great primal foods, but high calorie - I eat them now but had to limit them for fat loss.

    I am 49, 5'4", approx 129lb now.

Hello, maybe the BP coffee is not a good idea. Can you make it without fat and rely on your fat stores instead ? And then, in the evening, instead of broccoli and nuts, add potatoes and enjoy a couple of fruits ?
