    yes and that's a bad thing why?

    Hoe about if I supplemented my 3 daily meals with snacks? If so any ideas on what will help to up the calories and protein?
    snacks could be a good way to increase calories

    How about lots of Almond nut butter with celery in between breakfast and lunch then again between lunch and evening meal?
