Keeping myself accountable
I've been lurking on MDA for a while now and finally decided to jump in and go primal about two and a half weeks ago. In that time I've been eating mostly primal but I've had some trouble behaving so to speak. So I decided to keep this journal to track my daily progress and keep myself accountable.
B: 3 Eggs scrambled with salsa
2 strips of bacon
L: Spinach salad with Garlic Parmesan Vinagrette
Peanut Butter M&M's 2 Packs
D: Spinach salad with Garlic Parmesan Vinagrette and Chicken
1 Can reduced sodium spam
Why are you eating Spam? That is not real food. Could you make up some hamburger patties instead?
It was a bit of a dinner afterthought as I was still hungry. It was a terrible choice though, you're right. I need to pick up some more meat on payday than I have been getting, I always seem to run short the last few days before my next check.
Peanut butter M&Ms are hardly primal food either. Can you buy some good dark chocolate without a bunch of crud in it instead?
