So, I'm trying to give up some cream and slenda intake, so I've swapped my 2 or 3 very large morning coffee's with green tea.

It's day 2, and I guess it's too soon to see if there is a difference but what I can notice is the lack of coffee hangover which I had the last time I gave caffeine up.

I've also been having 2 hard boiled eggs for brekkie instead of relying on the CO in my coffee to get me through until lunch. Lunch is home made meatloaf and egg/veg bake!!

I had some rice last night with dinner - poached salmon and veggies with butter. Didn't feel bloated afterwards.

Will let y'all know if the tea makes a difference - I'm hoping it does!!
