I have arthritis in my knees due to Lyme Disease that I hope to overcome soon, but I just started PBF and I want to keep working on it despite this limitation.

Squats - Assisted or not, I can't go below 90 degrees because of the inflammation. Is it okay to just work up the LHT ladder with my squats but just stop them at that level, or should I stick with assisted until I am over the inflammation (if ever)?

Sprints - I have a good hill in my yard but not enough distance to do full sprints. When I am doing a sprint workout at home, since I am a beginner, what is a good rule for how long the hill sprint should be as a sub for the 50 yd dash that is recommended?
