Hi. I've pretty much got the eating part down as good as I can, but I've NEVER done any fitness, weightlifting or anything. My body is pretty weak.

Right now I can do about 10 squats, 10 wall push-ups, 20 sec (? - didnt time) plank and hang from the pull up bar for a few seconds. Is this a good way to start? Should I just keep doing this 3 times a week? Sorry, I am a complete newbie in fitness...
