I agree with both Weston A. Price and Mark Sisson. Raw or just cooked (with no other pre-processing) grains and legumes are bad for you. However if you are willing to follow Price's instructions for the old-fashioned methods of processing and preparing grains and legumes, then they are safe to eat. I'm told by members here that the processing required is really not all that difficult, but the process requires time for soaking, sprouting, fermenting, whatever. So far I find iteasier to do without them.
