    Moutabal / babagounash

    Is my favourite.

That's roasted eggplant or there's other veg u can use Beetroot , avocado & squash.

But you can make a nice sauce with it or a dip .

The sauce is good with cod / hake white fish.

Moro a middle eastern / Spanish restaurant has few cook books with loads of recipes :

I'll stir in lemon juice, crushed garlic, and salt to make veggie dip for parties.

Seems to stick to my waist so I go easy on it myself.

Have you had the kale salad at Whole Foods? It has tahini and nutritional yeast. So good. If you google "Whole Foods Garlicky Kale Salad", the copycat recipe will pull up. On my phone so I can't link it. It is on "eating bird food" site.

    tahini. yum.

Just the other day, MDA ran a recipe (or link, i forget) for tahini--using blender, blend a cut up raw zucchini with "some" (tbs?) tahini, "some" lemon, salt and pepper...a paleo hummus. You can add olive oil if you want--we use avocado oil (i don't like olive oil...).
awesome--you can make it thin enough to be a salad dressing, or you can keep it thick for a dip. We thinned it an used it as a sauce for cod last night.

A sweet tooth of mine says 'Halva' which is tahini with honey. Some varieties include pistachio, chocolate, walnuts etc.
I think its then baked until it holds, but is pretty crumbly.. Perfect for after meal coffees
