do you mean the night before a race? I don't do triathlons but I do call myself a runner (15 miles a week on average but spread over 5-6 sessions). I tend not to eat later in the evening, I'm more of an evening meal at 5 then bed by 10pm kind of lady
But if I'm running first thing then either I run fasted, or if I'm genuinely too hungry to consider that then I used to either have a bulletproof coffee or a banana, maybe a few nuts. Now I might be inclined to have an egg coffee.

I mean on a day to day basis. What are some good snacks to eat before bed. If I don't eat before bed I'm always hungry.

How long have you been eating Paleo? Normally that isn't a big issue for people on a Paleo diet. As for snacks, anything you'd normally snack on, nuts, jerky, coconut things. There are lots of articles on the main site about Paleo friendly snacks.

Are you asking what foods we think you'll like to eat at night?

Okay. Bacon, then, covered in chocolate.

"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.

In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."
