whey protein/dietary calcium/dairy leading to weight gain??
i've been trying to wade through the sources on this subject. CW has adopted the belief that milk promotes weight loss, but I know there is sound evidence out there that refutes this notion and i'd like to know more. can anyone point me in the right direction? thoughts? articles? links?
Too many calories leads to weight gain.
