    Quistion about Soybean or "Edame"

    I had a question about Edame. Is it ok to eat. Here are the nutrition facts.

    Soy in general is frowned upon, but especially non-fermented products, like fresh edamame. Soy contains phytoestrogens that can cause hormonal issues if consumed in excess.

    well I guess the Edame s in the trash. Wasn't that good anyways.
