I don't bother with gluten free bread/pasta/pizza as I made the decision to just cut out wheat, rye, barley & oats completely. I do still have some dairy and the occasional white rice dish though.
Why use a sledge hammer to crack a nut when a steam roller is even more effective, and, is fun to drive.
