Phew, how would any of us get B vitamins without enriched flour?

I was deceived for 30 years by this "eat more gmo wheat, noodles; bread, enriched flour, bagels, dough, glycemic spiking , insulin raising; bad science message. Hello type 2 diabetes.

Current Weight: 123
Lost 75# eating low carb (20-40 g) and then MDA primal low carb. Tried many other options but only LC helped me lose weight and improve health. Now at a good weight, I find my body can tolerate a few more carbs but rarely go over 100 g.

Also, I like how all the grains EXCEPT wheat were still whole. Wheat was bread. Sand-witch bread.
EDIT: Oh I get what you are saying. What I meant was that of all the grains she displayed, only wheat was turned into something else. Oat was oats, barley was barley, and wheat was bagels and bread and stuff. If that makes sense.
I swear the same people who hold stock in corporate grain milling operations must also own stock in diabetes meds
