    Excercise or rest?urgent

    Shop Now
I have been exercising since Sunday everyday 30 minute intense sessions, I was wondering if I should give myself a rest today however I indulged in blueberry and cream last night too much for my liking and wondering if I should burn it off before I eat breakfast, but I am feeling a tad achey(in chest) but nothing too bad, if I could have your opinions that would be great, just for your info I am 16

It's seriously not going to matter in the long run

my inclination would be towards not over doing it.
My only 'exercise' is a run occasionally, a couple of miles walking a day and one resistance session a month.

    take it easy

I would suggest to rest... When you doubt like that, better is to rest than to hurt yourself
Blueberry and cream... yummy (lucky you)! And if you didn't add any sugar, that wouldn't do you much harm.

There's no need to "burn off" bluesberries and cream. They are good for you and will nourish your body. Enjoy!

Saw your other post in the Fitness section - why won't you be able to exercise on holiday if you want to? Body weight movements could be an option, or you could continue with sprinting/running. You don't have to be in a gym to work out.

That being said, a few days' rest isn't a big deal either. Just make the most of that Spanish sunshine and vitamin D!
