Should I rest or workout?
I have been working out for 30 mins max everyday since Sunday, I was wondering if I should have another workout, go for a sprint or rest. I am asking you this because I am going on holiday tomorrow so will be lucky to get any workouts done in Spain.. Thanks

Sorry that's a really garbage question...... What workouts are you doing? What's your fitness etc etc etc etc etc......
Oh and just because you're in Spain on holiday doesn't mean you can't run/swim/do push-ups/squats/dips etc etc
