This is straightforward food, exercise and weight tracker.
Saturday 10th August
1 x 'Bulletproof' coffee (13g butter, 10g MCT oil) - 207kcal
3 squares 85% dark chocolate - 150kcal
Approx 20 macademia nuts - 400kcal
1.5 boiled eggs with 2 heaped tsp home-made mayonnaise - ~250kcal
1 x 100% steak burger cooked in coconut oil - 250kcal
2 rashers smoked streaky bacon - 75kcal
Some cheese (~30g) - 120kcal
2 tsp home-made mayonnaise - 100kcal
Sub-total: 1547 kcal
Later in the evening I got hungry and ate a slice of ham, small slice of cheese, some macadamia nuts and a square of 85% chocolate - oh dear.
Exercise: Week 2, Session 3 of C25k (9 minutes running - trying to train for a fitness test in 5 weeks, which I failed this week).
Supplements: 60mg zinc
