Need a couple new workouts
I regularly lift pretty heavy, and have for a while, so I'm in decent shape. I will be unable to use a gym or any type of equipment for a few weeks, and I need a tough body weight workout to keep me going.
Also, I normally do some sprints once or twice a week, and I'm looking to mix it up with some tough plyo-type workouts.
