    Cleanest protein shake in uk?

    Primal Fuel
Any ideas. I have run a search and didn't find anything. I looked at marks primal fuel but I cant justify the cost with the handling charge. I've only started lifting in tge last few weeks so want to gry a clean as possible shake fof after workout. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Eat real food. Any protein powder will be very processed and most likely unnecessary.

Since I started Crossfit, I don't use much protein powder and try to stick to whole food sources, but the one I used to buy before (after a lengthy research into the "clean" stuff) was Pulsin Whey Protein Isolate (Pulsin' - Whey Protein Isolate 1kg - Whey Protein Isolate - Protein Powders ). It has only whey and trace amounts of soy lecithin that's not a huge problem in really small amounts (at least according to Robb Wolf's opinion on chocolate with soy lecithin).

I got some optimum nutrition whey protein isolate gold. Amazon I think?

I'm all for eating real food, but if you need a shake a day to meet you protein requirements, it's not going to hurt u in the grand scheme of things IMHO.

Thankyou for the replies, I looked at buying Primal Fuel but can't justify the price once the handling charge and shipping is added!

I buy from MyProtein.Co.Uk and pay 47 pounds for 5kg of unflavoured whey.

    Hi,

I use pinksun whey protein. It's organic, grass fed hormone free cattle, gluten free and has no junk whatsoever. It's quite expensive at 26.00 for 400g (10drinks) but its very nice and I like fact it's not full of crap
