    I'm actually rather impressed by this slideshow. Everything on it is CERTAINLY a diet wrecker, and they highlight the sugar content of everything... not bad at all!

    I am right there with them on number 1) cereal. That stuff is kryptonite, I will eat until I run out of milk, or cereal or both.

    Dry cereal tends to be more satiating if you pour heavy cream over it. I haven't done that in a couple of decades.

    Sure, like a piece of bread with plenty of butter!!! Funny how fat can make cereal or bread more satiating, maybe som genius can find out why...

    Oh man. My granddad used to mix cool whip with milk and...I think it was cornflakes. And sprinkle some sugar on top. I tried it a few times. It was good. I also used to be addicted to frosted miniwheats.

    It's the one food I actually still miss since going paleo. My kryptonite too.

    Not bad, except the part about only eating lean meat.
