    I'm actually rather impressed by this slideshow. Everything on it is CERTAINLY a diet wrecker, and they highlight the sugar content of everything... not bad at all!

    I am right there with them on number 1) cereal. That stuff is kryptonite, I will eat until I run out of milk, or cereal or both.

    Not bad, except the part about only eating lean meat.

    Dry cereal tends to be more satiating if you pour heavy cream over it. I haven't done that in a couple of decades.

    It's the one food I actually still miss since going paleo. My kryptonite too.

    I would have to agree on the cereal also. I was in PA a couple of years ago and ran across this stuff: Cascadian Farm Organic Dark Chocolate Almond Granola Cereal, 13.25-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 10): Amazon.com: Grocery & Gourmet Food

    Bought a box and a half gallon of whole milk. Ate the box that night. I still swear it must have had Crack in it.

    One thing on the list that doesn't bother me anymore is soft drinks. I haven't had a regular soft drink in over a year I think. I stopped diet drinks some time back and decided to have one a couple of days ago. Had two sips and that was it, poured it out. I can taste the chemicals in them now.
