I'd like to know more about this stuff but there doesn't seem to be much out there...
What is its nutritional profile, regarding fats (PUFA, MUFA, SFA etc etc)
How does it compare to coconut oil in terms of energy?
Throw anything at me! (including more cacao butter, the stuff is delicious)
Database puts it at 60% SFA 37% MUFA 3% PUFA
The fats are long-chain like meat so no MCT sorcery.
Main drawback is the price I guess.
