I would like to know also. How extreme are people in avoiding excess PUFA?
Does a day (or a few days) of too much PUFA after restricting for a while ruin the progress of repair?
I gave up the olive oil and nuts about 3-4 years ago, can't remember why exactly but it was before I read Peat. Maybe it was because they taste like death and I finally realised that. Otherwise I can't think of one thing I eat with excess poly's. No chicken, no pork...These thing's have curiously lost their appeal now.
