I haven't been on here in awhile but I'm wondering some advice. My daughter and I finally got back on the bandwagon (and I've been meaning to for awhile) and we just checked her blood sugars today (we do it off and on because her doctor told us to keep an eye on them now and again because of her thirst) and they were a bit elevated after a piece of fruit (to sustain her until lunch as it was an easy go-to option at the time). They were not near diabetic levels but if she were an adult they would have been considered pre-diabetic. I'm curious if anyone has had to help a very young child through this sort of transition when they're blood sugars were concerning.
