i keep ending up short on some of the b-vitamins and found this supplement and was wondering if anyone knows anything about it...

It's RAW! However could it not be great if it's RAW? Didn't you read that it's RAW? I don't know how you could have missed the mention that it is in fact RAW! Heh.

It looks good to me, although I don't know where that b12 is coming from. I call bs on that one.

My veggie-phobia tells me not to take something like that daily. The same blend of potent vegetables every single day could potentially lead to intolerance to various natural pesticides and phytotoxins over time and mess with gut flora. I'm not going to say that it's for sure for sure terrible to do it because I don't know but I would take something like that every other day. Although b vitamins are water-soluble we don't need a big mega dose every day. And the vitamins from your other food will likely fill in the gaps.

Garden of Life Makes a Raw Organic Greenfood powder that I supplement with daily in the Morning. I make this as a cold drink right before my morning coffee. I am challenged sometimes to get enough veggies especially during the work week so I find that this helps with meeting my nutritional requirements. It has lots of probiotics and good for you greens and Raw and organic to boot. Only drawback is that it is $$

I'm taking Jarrow brand "B-Right", but haven't taken it long enough to see how it's doing.

I like Jarrow, though. Their methylcobalamin (better utilized form of Vitamin B-12) has been excellent. I could tell it worked from the first sublingual tablet.

As for the RAW thing, and aiming the product at strict vegans, my feeling is that this would raise the price and possibly make the product less effective than one not pandering to vegans. And, what are they using for B12?

I like the one PDL is taking.

While I love GOL and use their probiotics and enzymes, the RAW vitamin thing is pure marketing. Nonsense.

If you can afford it, my first choice is Jigsaw Activated B. It's all coenzymated forms like Jarrow B-right (my second favorite) but it's time released which is GREAT for b vites.

I hope this is coherent. I just had two (unsweetened) lemon drops and am, quite frankly, drunk.
