I feel a success story in my future for the first time!

I just finished my first month of the Primal Blueprint and I lost 8 lbs and 6 inches! I am ecstatic! I've tried so many things over the years and finally feel like I found the right way to live. I'm positive I'll be sharing my success story in a few months. It's a wonderful feeling.

CarbDodger, I just read through your signature! So amazing! I'm going to read your journal.

MightyMike, I feel pretty good. I was tired the first two weeks. Now I have a lot more energy. Also, I have been chronically ill with debilitating nausea for 7 years. I started have more better days when I went off gluten in the fall. Now on primal I have had even more better days. I'm hoping it will no longer be an issue in time.
