    *laughs*

My mom came to visit us (me, my fiancé and my 3 yr old son) in January after we'd been primal for about 2 months. She seemed impressed with our energy levels, body fat reduction and liked most of our food! I gave her some resources for eating clean, primal, etc. and she was convincingly receptive.

Now, she eats by the blood type diet and always tries to talk me into it. Every opportunity she gets, she'll say - "Since your type O, you could eat this!"

Thanks for the article! Haven't decided if I'll send it to her yet or not but it does make me exceedingly amused/happy.

Someone tried to convince me of this, and listed all the meats I *couldn't* have, which happened to be most of my favorites. Not gonna happen.

Seriously. As a type A, I'd be a natural vegetarian....btdt, not going back.

btdt too! But it wasn't all bad. Might have been my first inkling that grains were nasty.

    What is this #@$% lol
"I know what my body needs and what it can handle. There's no better way to achieve my goal than what im doing now. If my regimen leads to my death, be it in six days or six months...I will die fullfiled. The outcome is irrelavent so long as i steer towards my fate. If death is to be my prize, i welcome it with open arms."

Some goof and his minions think that different blood types are most suited to particular ways of eating. Professor Cordain demonstrates that they are full of it.
