I once did some bodyguard work at a trunk showing for Van Cleef&Arpels. My job was to stay in the changing room with all the supermodels; keeping track of them and about 6 million dollars in diamonds. I have to say, none of them really looked that hot out of their clothes, in the unforgiving light of the room. Some of them hadn't eaten at all that day, so I hooked them up with a tray of appetizers from out front ;-)
Those ladies are literally killing themselves for their careers; a lot of them were jealous of ME...
I might have PAID 6 million dollars for that job! J/K. I noticed the same since I started PB; my hair is looking outstanding too!

Oh... I'm just in a silly mood tonight

    Greg,
There was a reason they wanted a female agent for that gig ;-)

haha! Yeah, I never have a bad hair day anylonger myself! Unless you count my beard which often is in a terrible state when I wake up...

Well, I wouldn't say that I had bad hair days before, considering that my maintenance routine was "make sure it gets wet every day in the shower; wash on occasion; comb once or twice a week". I don't think I'd have even noticed it if it wasn't such a huge and obvious improvement. Before primal my head was a dull and uninteresting affair. Now it's nicer. This means that I can go from zero maintenance and look terrible to zero maintenance and look closer to "wow".

Heck, I guess this means I'm vain :-)

Lest you think this is just a young persons issue...I thought acne was just a teenage thing but I am 50 and still had regular break-outs. Until I started eating more primally...my skin has never looked better - wish I had known all this and - had an ounce of willpower when I was 20!
