Lightbulb A new way to gorge on fat - egg yolk powder, omg

I often here people on here drinking cream, adding coconut oil to coffee, licking the bacon grease from the pan, downing tins of coconut milk and eating cream cheese like its candy.

But my favourite fat is the egg yolk, i rather than dip in my eggs drink the yolk sometimes, I am genuinely gutted when the yolk is all gone in a fried egg.

So I stumbled across egg yolk powder. No exactly natural, but its just one dry ingredient.

Think about the possibilities; add extra yolk to your omelette mix, make egg yolk to pour over bacon, make and egg yolk salad dressing, mix with a dash of oil a fry a single whole-egg sized yolk...

    what do you guys think?

heres what im talkin about its from a protien site http://www.myprotein.co.uk/products/egg_yolk_powder

Since it's processed I believe it might be oxidized. Oxidized cholesterol is no good. I would stay away from it.

It may be OK, may not be, hard to tell. I always adhere to the advice of Pollan "dont eat anything your great-grandparents wouldnt recognize as food". I tend to avoid new products like this just out of caution.
However It is intregueing.....I am a yolk freak as well.
