After reading a few threads here regarding Ray Peat, I was wondering if any of those who eat based on his recommendations have lost weight?
I know he is all about restoring health, balancing hormones etc, but the very last thing I want to do is gain weight. I have already gained weight and want to lose about 5-10kg.
Wondering if anyone has successfully lost weight eating the "Peat" way.
