Hi All,

I started eating this way on 13 May 2010. So far, I've dropped about 15 lbs down from 290 lbs. My goal would be to get down to my college weight of 225lbs.

My location: Millville, NJ (Cumberland Cty / Not off of NJ Turnpike so no exit)

Age (If you want): 29

How Primal are you: %100 no exceptions

Do you consume dairy: I use lots of butter, some cheese, and cream in my coffee

Do you drink coffee or tea: Both - used to drink a ton of diet soda and have replaced it with iced tea.

Motivator for switching to Primal: Drop some weight / better overall health

Favorite exercise: Golfing - have to start carrying the bag instead of letting the cart do the heavy lifting

Favorite Primal food: Red meat perfectly cooked on the grill or cast iron skillet finished in the oven

Best part about being Primal: I love the food anyway and I feel great watching the weight come off

Worst part about being Primal: Have given up milk which I love!!! Used to drink a half a gallon a day.
