High protein also affects me. Feel overly full, and never feel completely energized when I overeat it. I feel like 80-120g is the sweet spot for myself, and at least half of it has to be quickly-digesting fish.
Nightshades (tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, etc.) all aggravate my joint pain. Might look into that, too.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
