I was very glad when I discovered I tolerate feta. In Europe the name feta is protected, it has to be made in greece and as far as I know never has cow milk.
Bread.... I didn't touch a piece of bread in 3-4 months. It's like the easiest thing in the world for me to avoid. I ate Pizza a few times on a carb reload, felt like shit afterwards, but at least when I was eating it I had an orgasm.
But BREAD? I don't get it.
