When y'all down there in the Big Easy are having your really sweltery weather, it's about 72 degrees here. Come on out for a visit anytime.

i keep hard-boiled eggs around most of the time too.
As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.

WF Hot Bar. I've found that not eating real, cooked food sets me off-course in terms of eating habits.

If I'm not hungry enough to hunt/gather, then I usually don't eat. If I'd hunt/gather, but simply don't fancy cooking, I'll eat nuts and fruit or raw meat.

Perfection is entirely individual. Any philosophy or pursuit that encourages individuality has merit in that it frees people. Any that encourages shackles only has merit in that it shows you how wrong and desperate the human mind can get in its pursuit of truth.

Eggs and bacon, for quick veggies I buy broccoli that comes in a bag that you microwave for 5 mins and it's done, I add some butter and garlic (microwaved as well) to make it taste good.
