    Hi Guys,

    Im new here and not sure wether i should be following this thread or just the primal blueprint?
    I weight train 3x per week and im running about 30miles per week also

    Im new to this and want to start off on the right foot.

    Any advice would be muchly appreciated

    Why not introduce yourself in the meet and greet section and then there's a lot of good stuff in all the sections. New to paleo/primal training etc? Training for anything in particular?

    Whereabouts in the UK are you?

    get info from the primal blueprint to start and discuss things here- it gets very confusing otherwise.it was advice given to me when i first started and it really helped me.
    When I'd had enough of the grain and starched based 'diabetic eating for health' diet (eating for health, my ass!) my weight was 242.5 lbs. On starting primal- 18th April 2013 weight : 238.1.
    27th July 2013. weight after 100 days 136.9 weight lost 101.2lb ; that's 105.6lbs since I stopped the 'diabetic eating for health'
