Non-Dairy Fat-Fast and Nutritional Ketosis food ideas?

I bought the Fat-Fast cookbook, but most of the recipes involve cheese or cream. I tried re-introducing both of these things back into my diet last week, and while they didn't cause the digestive issues that they used to (yay!!), they did still cause an acne breakout on my very clear skin (boo!! I'm in my 30s).

So, an appeal to the vets, what are your top non-dairy recs for the fat-fast (90% of calories from fat, 1,000 cals per day for a few days) and also for Nutritional Ketosis (more like 70% of calories from fat per day, higher calorie limit, still low carb, mod protein).?

P.S. I'm not asking for the drawbacks of either the fat-fast or nutritional ketosis, just hoping some generous primal/paleos can help me with ideas, thank you

Egg yolks, pemmican (US Wellness Meats makes a good one)
Lots of coconut milk, cream, manna, oil
I don't eat pork but I like USWM's beef bacon

Do you perhaps have access to any raw dairy products? I don't have acne problems but I have heard that raw can make the difference.

All of this, plus maybe a small bit of chocolate and macadamia nuts.

Dessicated coconut always was imo more palatable than coconut milk, and filling too. Or those coconut chips.

As for Dairy, sometimes even a change on brand/quality of source can help, fwiw.
