    Like a fizzy fruity green tea, it's hard to describe. Not as pungent as most energy drinks.

    I would buy them 3 for 5$ or even worse, Sam's Club where I would get a 30 pack for even less per can.....

    Has anyone else tried zip fizz? It seems to be the only thing that really works for me anymore, its kind of like 5 hour energy because of the b12 in it. I went through all the ingredients and it does't seem to be that bad. If your interested here's the link Zipfizz Ingredients

    Have you tried water kefir? It tastes similar to soda but is full of probiotics & vitamins.
    Needing some accountability, so here's my stats:

    GW: 135lbs or less
    Eating mainly paleo, but including a bit of white rice (don't call the Paleo Police!)

    +1 on the homemade coffee or tea.

    I think that the shift work is doing much more damage to your health than energy drinks ever will. I know that changing careers is a difficult (often impractical) option, but I thought that it needed to be said. I know that the medical field in general is (ironically) very bad about allowing workers to get adequate sleep. I don't know what an industry solution might be, but it seems like a good conversation for a society to have at some point.
