Ok I have been reading infomation on going primal for a while and am pretty convinced that I need a lifestlyle change. I have some fat to lose (mostly lower body) and I already exercise but need to be more commited. I am thinking about starting off by doing very low carb or ketosis for a couple of weeks. Is this recommended or should I gradually change? Does anyone have any suggestions for a meal plan for this first stage?
I've done it both ways, and they own work for their own reasons. I think, in the end, it doesn't matter how you start, it matters more what keeps you primal and feels good.
I'd get the The Primal Blueprint and the cookbook if you don't already have them. That's as good a place to start as any.
