    Exactly that. What are you stuffing in your face this evening... With your hands. After all, they are the best utensils ever!

    Half pound of Aussie ground beef with some pastured New England cheddar melted on it and some bacon, with leftover rice and a bunch of milk. Trynna get swole, brah!

    SEAFOOD is my favorite too! I had some Barramundi this evening, it was out of this WORLD!

    I work nights so your dinner is my breakfast. I had a *fat shake*. 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 cup of coconut milk, 1/4 cup of both frozen blueberries and strawberries and a scoop of vanilla whey protein.

    Fat duck thighs, some left-over beef meat and some veggies. Probably a few tatoes with it as well, don't know yet, and lots of strawberries for dessert, with or w/o double cream, we'll see ...

    Slow baked short ribs with sweet potato mash (carb backloading) sauerkraut & radish tomato salad .

    1/2 pound organic ground beef with:
    sautéed onions
    sautéed broccoli spears
    3 eggs scrambled
    4 slices bacon
    7 slices canadian bacon
    and butternut squash fries
