    Chicken with sautéed mushrooms and garlic with a side of steamed broccoli. So simple, I hardly screwed it up.

    I had chicken thighs a potato with butter and a slice of paleo pumpkin pie as a test recipe for thanksgiving.

    Calves liver dredged in nutritional yeast and topped with caramelized balsamic onions, a few steamed fingerling potatoes and possibly cottage cheese drizzled with a little molasses.
