    Bacon, blueberries, carrots, potatoes
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

The turkey hearts were really good! I'm sure you'll like them. I cut the crowns off.

Roasted harissa marinated chicken + roasted vegetables (zucchini, onion, carrot, aubergine, yellow and red peppers). Spicy, nice and will last until lunch tomorrow and make broth -that will probably become soup- for the next days!!!

    Love harissa to death...

Salmon. A little lemon, butter, and salt. I might even make a side dish.

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.

Found some rump steaks in the bottom of the freezer - so will do them with loads of garlic, some potatoes for OH and No. 1 Daughter, and roasted Brussels sprouts.
