This. Can't wait. It may not be ready until 8. You scoop the acorn squash out and serve the stew over it. Heaven.

That all sounds amazing, that bird must have been yummy! I would love the "mound bars" recipe when I am ready for an indulgent dessert, maybe you would like to share it?

Every time I hear the dirty word 'exercise', I wash my mouth out with chocolate.

Perfection is entirely individual. Any philosophy or pursuit that encourages individuality has merit in that it frees people. Any that encourages shackles only has merit in that it shows you how wrong and desperate the human mind can get in its pursuit of truth.

    I'm having some stew:

    1.37 lb chuck steak
    12 oz bratwurst
    3 large carrots
3 different kinds of sweet potato
    Squash
    Onion
    Cabbage
    Mushrooms
    Garlic
    Salt and pepper
    Parsley
    Cumin

I might need a bigger pot...
